1. Events must be inclusive of and welcoming to anti-Zionists, BIPOC, queer, disabled and other oppressed peoples either as a stated value or upon inquiry. If the event is not explicitly anti-Zionist or inclusive in its values, the Organizing Collective will specifically inquire as to the following to ensure the safety of our members at the event:

   1. Whether people can wear keffiyahs or other clothing or accessories which signify anti-Zionist political views.

   2. Whether people can state their anti-Zionist views or self-identify as anti-Zionists without fear of being removed from the event.

   3. Whether people are welcome at the event regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, class, socio-economic status, and age.

2. Events are not actively promoting of apartheid and racial or state violence, with particular concern for Israeli occupation and genocide.

   1. Event organizers do not collude with police or intend to invite police presence outside of unexpected emergency situations.

   2. Events do not fundraise directly towards initiatives supporting these forms of violence.

   3. Events do not platform people who publicly support these forms of violence.

3. Events and/or venues must have an accessibility policy stated or provided upon inquiry including:

   1. General building accessibility (elevators, stairs to entry, gender neutral bathrooms, accessible bathrooms, etc.)

   2. A/V accessibility (zoom captions, ASL, speakers mic’d in person, etc.)

   3. Masking policy (keeping in mind that an unstated masking policy is no masking policy).

   4. If outdoors: clear communication about the accessibility of the space, bringing chairs/asking for chairs to be brought, and still using amplified sound.

   5. If childcare, meals, or other special accommodations are provided.

   6. If the event is ticketed, at what cost, and whether there is a sliding scale or designation as ‘no one turned away for lack of funds’ (NOTAFLOF).

4. The WTC Organizing Collective needs to be able to connect the event to at least one of our values as a part of the decisionmaking process regarding the event.

5. WTC will prioritize supporting events hosted in spaces that support BIPOC communities and projects.

As of now (late 5786/early 5787), the organizing collective will receive these requests and make decisions together based on the above criteria and our consensus based decision making model. If the Organizing Collective finds the event to be not in alignment with any of our non-negotiables, we will not involve ourselves formally with the event. 

If we want to move forward with an event and are unsure whether it transgresses any of our non-negotiables, we will explicitly reach out for clarification. 

In relation to accessibility policies, the bare minimum for endorsement or sponsorship is transparency of these policies. Part of deciding whether an event is worth putting our name on will continue to be alignment with our own accessibility policies. For events organized by WTC, we will continue to refer to our own stated accessibility policies.
